line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">创业者资本金扶植主要包括项目资本金全力支持和社会风气资本金参予。 <strong style="color: blue;">“遂宁创业者明日之星方案”每月将提供更多1000万的项目资本金，面向全国大学毕业五年内拟在遂宁技术创新创业者的中学生，给与10多万元的纸制创业者资本金全力支持，用作全力支持创业者项目产业发展，第一批将挑选出100名创业者中学生重新加入“遂宁创业者明日之星方案”，同一个人、同一个创业者虚拟只享用一场。</strong></p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">与此同时，共青团中央遂宁区委将不定期组织获得创业者资本金全力支持的100名中学生开展项目路演，由遂宁市中学生企业家协会、遂宁市企业家协会、产投集团基金管理公司择优对入选“遂宁创业者明日之星方案”的创业者项目进行投资，具体投资方式及投资本金额由创投企业家和创业者中学生根据项目实际商定。 </p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">服务项目基础工程建设措施方面，将为创业者中学生配备“一对一”创业者导师，提供更多创业者辅导，全程跟踪、巡诊、服务项目创业者项目；提供更多创业者中学生交流互动平台，开展“遂宁青创说”等系列活动；搭建资源对接平台，在融资、场地、专业人才、市场、技术等方面精确对接服务项目。</p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">03</strong></p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">申报条件</p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（一）申报人为 <span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">大学毕业3年内</strong></span>普通院校中学生（主要包括高职、专科、本科和科学研究生及以上）； </p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（二）申报人须为企业法定 <span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">代表人或者合伙人</strong></span>，诚信经营，无违法犯罪记录； </p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（三）项目已在市场监督管理部门进行 <span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">工商登记注册</strong></span>，且注册地为遂宁市辖区内； </p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（四）项目实际经工商登记时间 <span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">3个月以上</strong></span>，具有市场潜力。 </p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">04</strong></p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">申报程序</p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">（一）自主申请</strong></p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在旌的申报人需向共青团中央遂宁市旌阳区委进行自主申报，提交创业者方案书、项目申请表。</p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">（二）项目审核</strong></p> <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">团区委组织区级相关单位进行项目初审，而后团区委将组织市级相关单位进行项目复审，最终，拟全力支持及评审结果将在团区委官方网站进行5个组织工作日的公示，公示无异议后，发放创业者资本金。</p> <p style="font-size: 18px;
